ExpoShift — Subscription and Billing Terms

ExpoShift Subscription and Billing Terms

Last Updated: June 9, 2026 Effective Date: July 1, 2026

ExpoShift costs $49/month per location. You get a free 30-day trial with no credit card required. After the trial, subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime — no penalty, no questions asked. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don’t offer refunds for partial months, but we’ll work with you if something goes wrong on our end.

1. Subscription Pricing

ExpoShift subscriptions are priced at $49.00 USD per location per month, billed monthly.

Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of any price increase via email to the Account Owner before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

2. Free Trial

New ExpoShift accounts are eligible for a 30-day free trial. The free trial begins on the date of account creation.

3. Auto-Renewal and Billing

IMPORTANT — AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE: By subscribing to ExpoShift, you authorize ExpoShift to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription rate, until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5 of these terms.

4. Payment Methods

ExpoShift accepts major credit cards and debit cards through our payment processor. Payment information is processed and stored securely by our payment processor. ExpoShift does not store your full card number.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to update that information if it changes. You authorize ExpoShift to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your ExpoShift subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@exposhift.com.

Effect of Cancellation: - Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - You will retain full access to the Service through the end of the paid period - You will not be charged for the following billing period - Account data will be retained as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, address operational needs, and meet legal or business obligations, consistent with the ExpoShift Privacy Policy

There are no cancellation fees, termination penalties, or long-term commitments. Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time.

How to Cancel: Log in to your ExpoShift account → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, email support@exposhift.com from the Account Owner email address with the subject “Cancel Subscription.”

6. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: ExpoShift does not provide refunds for partial months or for subscription periods already paid. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of that billing period but will not receive a refund for unused days.

Exceptions: ExpoShift will provide a refund or credit at our discretion in cases of: - Verified billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts) - Extended service outages that prevented meaningful use of the Service (at ExpoShift’s determination) - Other circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

To request a refund or report a billing error, contact support@exposhift.com within 30 days of the charge in question.

Free Trial: No charges are incurred during the free trial period, so no refunds apply.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, ExpoShift will:

  1. Notify you by email to the Account Owner address on file
  2. Attempt to retry the charge according to our payment processor’s standard retry schedule (typically 3–4 attempts over 7–10 days)
  3. If all retry attempts fail, your account will be downgraded or suspended

During a payment grace period (up to 10 days following the failed payment date), you will retain access to your account. After the grace period, access may be restricted until payment is resolved.

To update your payment method, log in to your account and navigate to Settings → Billing, or contact support@exposhift.com.

ExpoShift is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer related to failed or declined transactions.

8. Taxes

Subscription fees are exclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, including but not limited to sales tax, use tax, or similar taxes.

Where required by applicable law, ExpoShift will calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes based on your billing address and tax status. Applicable tax amounts will be displayed at checkout and on invoices.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information, including your location and tax status, is accurate and up to date. If ExpoShift does not collect taxes on your behalf, you remain responsible for any applicable taxes that may be required by law.

If any payments made to ExpoShift are subject to withholding taxes or similar deductions, you agree to increase the amount paid so that ExpoShift receives the full amount invoiced without reduction.

9. Multiple Locations

For businesses operating multiple locations, each location requires a separate subscription at the per-location rate. Discounted multi-location pricing may be available — contact support@exposhift.com for details.

10. Changes to Billing Terms

ExpoShift reserves the right to modify these Billing Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of material changes via email to the Account Owner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Billing Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
