ExpoShift uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device,to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. Essential cookies are required for the app to work. Analytics cookies are optional and help us improve the product. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit a website or use an application. They are widely used to make websites and apps work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the owners of the site or app.

Similar technologies include web beacons, pixel tags, local storage, and session storage. This policy covers all such technologies collectively referred to as “cookies.”

2. How ExpoShift Uses Cookies

2.1 Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the ExpoShift Service to function. Without them, you cannot log in, maintain a session, or use core features of the platform. These cookies cannot be disabled.

2.2 Analytics Cookies

ExpoShift does not currently use third-party analytics cookies or tracking tools. If this changes in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and notice provided as required by applicable law.

2.3 Functional / Preference Cookies

These cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as your preferred language, timezone, or display settings.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on the ExpoShift platform are set by third-party services we use to operate the Service. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of cookie data.

Payment Processing: Our payment processor (Stripe) may set cookies related to payment security and fraud prevention. These are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

ExpoShift does not use third-party advertising cookies or permit advertising networks to set cookies on the ExpoShift platform.

Browser Controls

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to: - View cookies stored on your device - Delete some or all cookies - Block cookies from specific sites - Block all cookies (note: this will prevent you from logging into ExpoShift)

Mobile App

On mobile devices, you can limit ad tracking and reset advertising identifiers through your device’s privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Currently, there is no universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals. ExpoShift does not currently respond to DNT browser signals, but we do not use cookies for behavioral advertising regardless of DNT status.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the technologies we use. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy when changes are made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
