Set your alcohol service policy

Whether you serve alcohol, the minimum age to serve it, which positions pour, and the certification you require on file. Scheduling and cert tracking follow it.

  1. Admin → Settings → Policies & Compliance → Alcohol Service Policy
  2. Does your restaurant serve alcohol? → age → certification → roles
  3. Save Policy
    Until you save, the defaults apply and the card says so.
