Block days off with blackout dates

Days nobody can request off, with a reason staff see on the availability grid. Add a date or a range; edit or remove it later.

1. Admin → Settings → Scheduling → Blackout Dates
2. Add Blackout Date → pick the dates → Reason (shown to staff)
3. + Add

   Edit or Remove on any date in the list above.
