Auto-draft the Monthly Team Newsletter on the 1st and keep every issue. Decide which managers can run polls, quizzes and surveys, for which groups, with what rewards.

  1. Admin → Settings → Team & Culture → Polls & Newsletter Settings
  2. 📰 Monthly Team Newsletter — toggle auto-draft
    The draft card appears on Admin → Tools on the 1st; ✏️ Edit Newsletter to publish.
  3. Manager Polling → per manager, tap position pills
  4. Manager Rewards — whether managers can attach prizes to polls
