Use the position and team channels

A channel for everyone, one for front of house, one for back, and one per position, set up automatically. Managers can add custom groups.

  1. Chat tab
  2. Group Chats → All Staff, FOH Team, BOH Team or your position
    You only see channels for your positions. Admins can turn channels off.
  3. Type → Send
