Accept or decline a hand-off
When a teammate hands you a shift, a Shift Handoff Request sits at the top of Work (and in the bell) until you Accept or Decline.
- Work tab
- ⇄ Shift Handoff Request → Accept or DeclineAccept → ✓ I Accept — Take the Shift. It's on your schedule once any required approval is in.
