Run the Facility Maintenance plan

Your equipment list, a preventive-maintenance schedule with due dates and reminders, and a service log. Overdue compliance items show in red on the Admin tab.

1. Admin → Tools → Facility Maintenance
2. Got it (first-run note) → Schedule — overdue, due soon, later

   Mark complete on a task logs the work and sets the next date.
3. Equipment → + Add equipment
4. Service Log → + Log work
5. Turn off Facility Maintenance (also Settings → Restaurant)

   Off hides the card and pauses reminders; equipment and history are kept.
