Find the service tech for a piece of equipment

The equipment list your admin shares with managers: make, model, location and the service company, with the phone a tap away. Edit access lets you update it.

1. Manager tab → Run the shift → Equipment

   Only shows once your admin grants you view or edit access.
2. Tap a piece of equipment

   Make, model, location, and the service company.
3. Preferred service tech → Phone

   View access shows it as a tap-to-call link; edit access fills it in.
