Set up the Order Guide

Build the item list with vendors, storage areas, pars and prices, import it from a spreadsheet, and choose which managers can count, shop or build.

1. Admin → Tools → Food & Supplies Order Guide
2. Vendors & Areas — vendors and storage areas first
3. Import → ⬇ Template, fill it in, ⬆ Choose file

   Or + Add item one at a time under Items.
4. Access — View only, Count & shop, or Build per manager

   Show prices to view-only managers is off until you turn it on.
