  1. Manager tab → Run the shift → Food & Supplies Order Guide
    Items only? Ask your admin for shop or build access.
  2. Count → type what's on hand per item
  3. Shop → one vendor at a time
    Check items off per vendor; Complete run clears the list and keeps carry-overs.
