3. Tip Pools → + New Pool → Save pool

   Answer the tip-credit question once; Save pool is in the form.
4. Pay Your Team → 1 ⬇ Load period data
5. 2 ⚙ Build report

   Review the numbers first if tips or sales need a correction.
6. 3 Lock this run → 🔒 Lock & publish tips

   Locking marks the period paid and shows staff their tip shares on Home.
