Current wages per person and position, a starting-pay schedule for new hires, Raise radar for who's overdue, and a Comp dashboard of total comp and effective rates.

  1. Admin → Tools → Payroll, Tips & Comp
  2. 💰 Wages → 👁 Show staff list → 👁 Reveal wages
    Tap a rate to edit it. Wages are admin-only everywhere in ExpoShift.
  3. Raise radar → $ Raise or 💵 Bonus on a person
  4. 📊 Comp → 👁 Reveal comp data
    Top earners, total comp, raise age. Re-hides when you leave the tab.
