Set up Recognition & Rewards

The monthly points program: how many winners, what they get, whether managers can put points on tasks and the cap per award. Milestone Awards track work anniversaries.

  1. Admin → Settings → Team & Culture → Recognition & Rewards
  2. ⚙️ Edit (or 🚀 Setup) — winners per month, prizes
    📣 Review & Announce appears once a month has closed.
  3. ⭐ Manager Point Awards — On/Off and max points per award
  4. Milestone Awards → Track milestone anniversaries → years, rewards
    Needs a hire date on each profile.
