Points add up from hours, picked-up shifts, availability on time, shoutouts and quizzes. Home shows your badges; Team shows the leaderboard and this month's standings.

  1. Home tab → the Recognition card (named for the month)
    Badges are earned from last month's activity.
  2. Team tab → 🏆 Recognition Leaderboard
    This month or Year to date; 🥇 R&R below it shows the live standings.
