Pick or redeem a newsletter prize

When you're named in the newsletter, your prize shows on Home. If the award offers a choice, you pick one here; a manager redeems it when you use it.

1. Home tab
2. Pick your prize 🎁 (or Your Rewards)

Choice is final: "You can't change it after."
3. Tap the option → Yes, that one
4. Show a manager to redeem

Redeeming happens on the manager's phone.
