First-run wizard for a new account: restaurant name and timezone, department groups and positions, alcohol policy, availability rules, then import your team.

2. Department Groups → Staff Roles
3. Next: Alcohol Service → → Next: Availability →
4. Import Your Team → ⬇ Download template → 📁 Choose file

   Skip — add manually works too; everything here can change later in Admin → Settings.
5. Finish Setup →
