Per position group: hand-offs and up-for-grabs claims go through instantly, or wait for a scheduling manager's approval. Plus an overtime priority window.

  1. Admin → Settings → Scheduling → Staff Shift Swap Settings
  2. Instant or 🛡 Approval required, per group
    Approval applies after the teammate accepts or claims; the manager approves on Work.
  3. ⏳ Overtime priority window — minutes, 0 = off
